Managing Partner - Activation

Nout is a B2B email and growth marketing expert. She most recently led lifecycle marketing at LaunchDarkly, where she managed a team responsible for email marketing, webinars, and integrated campaigns. Nout previously scaled lifecycle marketing at GitLab and managed the global email marketing processes for Red Hat. A marketing uber-nerd with 14+ years of marketing experience, Nout is always on the cusp of what’s next. Little did she know that the HTML knowledge she picked up back in 1997 would come in handy in email marketing, where the code is still stuck in the 90s. Nout is an accomplished collector of vintage Pyrex (which often serves as her Zoom background). She is also an enthusiastic thrifter and loving (if frustrated) cat mom of 4.

Hillary Weeks

Managing Partner - Engagement

Hillary is a copywriter, lifecycle marketing expert, and Korean food obsessive. She also creates campaign strategies and optimizations and builds email automations for SaaS startups. Most recently, she worked as a campaign manager at LaunchDarkly, where she developed and wrote a 15-email full-funnel nurture sequence that was responsible for over seven figures in revenue.

Hillary likes to think her copy brings all the nerds to the yard, but it helps to have an awesome product or service to promote. You can find her glued to her computer, obsessively researching the voice of customer, or enjoying a cozy night in with a bad 80s movie.

Beth Peterson

Senior Revenue Operations Manager

Beth has spent the last eight years building Revenue Operations practices for B2B companies. She enjoys helping clients design and implement strategies that positively impact the end-to-end customer experience. She hates when teams work in silos and will prove you’ll have more success (and fun) when marketing, sales and customer success work together to engage customers.

Erin has been managing paid search and paid social campaigns for over 11 years. She’s worked in campaign execution, tracking, reporting and strategy across nearly all verticals in both B2B and B2C spaces. In her down time she has a lot of hobbies, including pickleball, disc golf, rock climbing, weight lifting, backpacking and mountain biking. She’s often joined on calls by her feline co-worker Max.

Rachel Eaton

Rachel has spent over a decade in product management working with software development teams to create simple, beautiful software. She most recently served as the Director of Product and Engineering for Corevist, an ecommerce startup, and she honed her marketing and Salesforce chops during her tenure as Marketing Operations Product Owner at Red Hat. When she’s not working, she’s applying her design skills to other areas of her life or spending time with her son, Archie (a Bernedoodle puppy), and her husband, Kevin.

With a background in psychology and mental health (she’s a licensed school counselor) and data and statistics, she brings her keen observational and organizational skills to Nine Lives Digital. Her unique combination of analytical thinking, attention to detail, and compassionate nature makes her the perfect person to tame the chaos behind the scenes of a busy marketing agency.

While Alexandra appreciates a well-designed system, she’s so much more than just an administrative wizard. She’s also a certified cat lady who enjoys reading, hiking, baking, attempting to learn new languages on Duolingo, traveling, and spending quality time with her family.

Prior to joining Nine Lives, she had at least eight previous lives working internationally across multiple industries. She has worked as a research fellow in a neuromotor clinic, digital marketing consultant, professional aerialist, and led a team of 14. In her current role, she leverages her entrepreneurial spirit to drive client success, delivering tailored solutions and cultivating strong client relationships. Her passion for understanding client needs and developing innovative solutions ensures their success every step of the way.
